FAQ ...
1. What is your return policy?
WMSI warrants SARGE knives and flashlights against defects due
to workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the original owner,
but does not cover: bulbs, batteries, rubber grips, damage due to
normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, battery leakage, disassembly
of parts, scratches to the finish (considered normal wear), or attempted
repair. To obtain repair or replacement of your knife and flashlight,
return the item and proof of purchase along with owners name
and address, postage paid to: SARGE Warranty Department, 2720 E.
Phillips Road, Greer, SC 29615
2. How do items come packaged?
All items come packaged in a Sarge box, unless noted as a carded
item.
3. Where can I get replacement batteries?
We sell replacement batteries for all multi-tools and lights carried
by Sarge.
4. Where can I get replacement blades?
All of the blades for the utility knives are standard blades that
can be bought at any local hardware type store. We do carry the
replacement blades for the SK-88MC (Micro Pal)
6. Can I get any item customized?
Most items can be customized as long as there is enough room on
the handle for the laser engraving. Please note that we do not customize
on the knife blades. We do also carry outer boxes and labels that
can also be customized for an additional cost.
7. Why is there a plastic circle inside the battery pack of the
NU-56?
Sarge put the plastic barrier in the battery pack to preserve and
extend the life of the batteries. Just unscrew the bottom and remove
the plastic barrier before using.
8. How do I replace the blade on the utility knives?
These instructions are also located on the back of all carded utility
knives.
A. Push the button to unlock
B. While holding the button slide the razor out
C. While holding the button, slide in new blade in slot until you
feel it click.
D. Release button to lock the blade
9. My screws are coming loose on my knife, what can I do?
Normal use of any knife or tool may make the screws come loose
and most can be tightened with some size of an Alan Wrench. If you
cannot tighten them correctly or the item still feels loose, please
contact us.
