Does WMSI sell to contractors and end users?
No. WMSI only sells brick-and-mortar distributors with good standing credit.

Does WMSI have a minimum order?
No. Product must be ordered in case packs, but there are no dollar minimums. One Relton bit or one case of Sammys Screws, they all ship the same.

How quickly will an order ship?
All orders received by 3 p.m. P.S.T. shipping UPS Ground or being will-called will go out same day. LTL freight orders ship same day if received before 1 p.m.

Is prepaid freight offered?
Yes. Prepaid freight for Mighty Cable Ties only is $400.00. A combination of all other items, which can include Mighty Cable ties, ship prepaid on orders of $1,000.

What is the warranty on products you sell?
